Thanks to a $10 million gift from a retired Raymond James Financial executive, another University of South Florida business school has a new name. Another University of South Florida business school has changed its name after a multimillion dollar donation from a Bay area entrepreneur. This time, it’s the School of Accountancy, which is now named after Lynn Pippenger, who recently gave 10 million dollars to her alma mater. We’ll introduce you to the longtime Raymond James employee and tell you why the name change is historic, on the next University Beat on WUSF 89.7.
